LueurHome is a bohemian lifestyle brand rooted in the creative spirit of our physical studio, HANDCRAFTER. To bring you unique, high-quality handcrafted designs without the traditional retail markups, we utilize a global fulfillment model. Many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted artisanal partners and specialized fulfillment hubs. This direct-to-you approach reduces unnecessary waste and allows us to offer fair pricing for premium handmade goods.
1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee
Every LueurHome piece is inspected and packed with care to protect its delicate fibers and textures.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, final quality checks, and secure packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders worldwide.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products are fulfilled through global partners to ensure the best craftsmanship, delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the system after the label is created.

If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still securely in transit between international hubs.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

LueurHome is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your destination country.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@lueurhome.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages (Fragile & Handcrafted Items)
Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we ship delicate textiles and handcrafted boards:

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or the item is broken, please send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 72 hours of arrival to service@lueurhome.com. we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
