We specialize in handcrafted home decor, including macramé wall hangings, boho-chic organizers, and felt products. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and size are part of the unique charm of our items. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, we do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products purchased by you will be exactly as depicted on your screen due to device settings and the nature of handmade materials.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. HANDCRAFTER reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, and product designs, are owned by LueurHome or HANDCRAFTER and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. LueurHome is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with HANDCRAFTER. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and HANDCRAFTER.
